2. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or are accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. You further confirm that all information you provide us (name, shipping address, payment details, etc.) is accurate and truthful.
3. Products & Pricing
- All products listed on the Site, including items from our Vanity, Desire, Pride, Temptation, and Indulgence collections, are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product, or change prices, descriptions, or specifications at any time without prior notice.
- Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging, bottle design, or shade may vary slightly.
- We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and packaging accurately, but cannot guarantee that your device’s display will reflect the exact appearance of the product.
4. Orders & Payment
- Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion (e.g., in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability).
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our servers — these are handled directly by Razorpay under their own security protocols.
- An order confirmation email/SMS does not guarantee product availability — final confirmation is sent once the order is verified and shipped.
- In case of payment failure after debit, refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We currently ship within India via our logistics/shipping partners. International shipping, where offered, may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions borne by the customer.
- Estimated delivery timelines are [2 – 8 business days] from the date of order confirmation, and may vary based on location and courier serviceability.
- As our products include fragrance/alcohol-based liquids, certain pin codes, regions, or courier partners may have shipping restrictions on such items — we will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled due to this.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, though we will assist in resolving any delivery disputes with our courier partners.
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
- Order Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Returns: Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of fragrance products, we [accept / do not accept] returns unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Any such claim must be raised within [1 Day] of delivery, accompanied by unboxing photos/video.
- Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [10 – 14] business days of the returned item passing quality inspection, where applicable.
Note: Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, your return/refund/cancellation policy must be clearly and prominently disclosed at the time of purchase, not just buried in these Terms — make sure the same policy appears on your product and checkout pages.
7. Account Registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used for fraudulent activity.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including the Goodsins name, logo, tagline “Some sins are worth keeping,” product photography, collection names (Vanity, Desire, Pride, Temptation, Indulgence), graphics, and text — is the property of Goodsins and protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of this content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
