Cancellation Policy
1. Cancelling Before Shipment
You may cancel your order free of charge any time before it has been shipped. To cancel, email support@goodsins.in with your order number as soon as possible, or use the cancellation option in your account/order confirmation email if available.
2. Cancelling After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the product, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return once received, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
3. Refunds on Cancellation
If your order is successfully cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method via Razorpay within [3–5] business days.
4. Order Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, product variant, or quantity, contact us immediately at support@goodsins.in. We can only accommodate changes if the order hasn’t been processed for shipping yet.
5. Cancellations by Goodsins
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases of:
- Product unavailability/stock issues
- Errors in product/pricing information
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund via Razorpay.
