We offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order value required.
4. Packaging Note
As our products are fragrance-based liquid goods in glass packaging, all orders are securely packed to prevent breakage or leakage in transit. Some courier partners classify perfume/alcohol-based products under special handling categories, which may occasionally affect delivery timelines to certain pin codes — we’ll notify you if your location falls under such restrictions.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking link/ID sent to your registered email or phone number.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability at the delivery location, our courier partner will typically make [2–3] attempts before returning the shipment to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.
